News 2011/10

	30 January 2012   Planning Approval has been granted for overcladding works at Chelmsford College. Project is out to Tender.

			December 2011   Roofwork on William Simpson Home almost complete - zinc work and reclaimed Burlington slate working well together.				January 2012   Redford Road Carehome - the existing NAAFI building has been demolished & works are due to start on site in early January.

			November 2011   Overcladding works to Hopwood Hall College's Rochdale campus are in progress with D&B Facades as main contractor.				1st December 2011   An application for overcladding works at Chelmsford College's Moulsham campus has been submitted to Chelmsford Borough Council for Planning Approval.

			October 2011   In conjunction with DSDC we are developing a Virtual Care Home to illustrate good design for dementia.				28th November 2011   Planning approval has been granted for the overcladding to the entrance courtyard at St.Vincent College in Gosport.

			October 2011   Overcladding works to the Cleveleys Building at Blackpool & the Fylde College Bispham Campus has been completed.
							7th October 2011   Building Warrant submitted for our new 90 bed new build care home at Redford Road, Edinburgh.

			September 2011   Work on the £1.5million face lift of Cornwall College's Tamar Building has been completed.
							4th October 2011   Planning approval has been received for the overcladding of the Max Perutz Building on LJMU's Byrom Street Campus.
