The images above show the James Parsons Building and the Tower before the overcladding project (windows and walls & insulation) and the post overclad buildings.

The cost of overcladding these buildings was approximatly 7% the cost of new replacement buildings, and the heating requirements for the buildings has been reduced by approximatly 80%. Throughout the project the building was able to function normally.
