CARE HOME

Care UK requested we carry out a feasibility study for a site in Cramond. We have applied all the dementia friendly criteria to this site which lends itself to providing a pleasant active environment for the care home residents with views to the sea, private courtyard gardens, views of the cricket pitch / tennis courts.

The site is in an area of interesting architectural precedents with modern developments and older style properties. We have designed our proposals to complement this.
